Free Wellness Webinars to help you feel more in control

If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed or low, these live weekly sessions give you practical tools you can start using straight away from home.

Does this sound familiar?

You may benefit from our webinars if you are experiencing:

• Constant worry you cannot switch off
• Feeling overwhelmed by everyday pressures
• Low mood or reduced motivation
• Difficulty sleeping or concentrating
• Unsure whether therapy is the right step

You are not alone. Many people start with webinars because they want practical tools without the pressure of one to one sessions.

What are wellness webinars?

Wellness webinars are live, online group sessions delivered as part of NHS Talking Therapies. Each webinar focuses on a specific area of emotional wellbeing and follows a clear weekly structure.

During each session, you will learn simple CBT based techniques. In practical terms, this means learning new ways to understand your thoughts, respond to worries and build healthier habits over time.

Skills are introduced gradually, allowing you to practise between sessions and notice small but meaningful improvements as the weeks progress.

Why choose wellness webinars?

Many people prefer webinars because they are accessible, flexible and low pressure. They offer an effective way to build skills while fitting around work, family and daily life.

How to get started in three easy steps

1. Complete a quick self referral

Use our Limbic digital assistant to share a few details about what you are experiencing. It takes only a few minutes and checks your suitability straight away. Most people are suitable for our webinars and can move forward without delay.

2. A therapist gets in touch

A therapist will contact you to talk through your needs, answer any questions and match you with the right webinar. Because we run multiple sessions across mornings, afternoons and evenings during the week, most people can start their course within a matter of weeks.

3. Receive your weekly session link

Before each session, you will receive an email with your Microsoft Teams Town Hall link and your weekly booklet. You will also be sent a short questionnaire two days before each session so you can track your progress. At the time of your webinar, simply click the link to join from home.

To access the webinars, you’ll need to complete a self-referral form by clicking the self-refer button.
